As a realtor since 2007, I’ve helped clients from all backgrounds navigate home buying and selling.
I guided a family from selling their EC to buying private, upgrading to landed, then downsizing, earning them nearly S$900K in profit.
Most of my clients have followed me since selling their HDB / EC, subsequently upgrading to private property in suburban area and town area.
Some of my clients have also entrusted me to handle their shophouses etc.
I have also managed to assist my retired clients to own a second private property as well.
I empower clients with numbers and analysis, offering guidance without pressure and advising patience when needed.
